Staff vacancies

Full-time Registrar and School PA and Part-time Bookkeeper and Office Administrator (required spring 2019 or later)

Due to the forthcoming relocation out of London of our Registrar and School PA, we are seeking from spring/early summer 2019 (preferably from April/May but a later start is possible if more suitable) a Full-time Registrar and School PA and, to support our Bursar, a Part-time Bookkeeper and Office Administrator.

The successful candidates will firmly believe in our ethos, be extremely friendly and positive with a good sense of humour and love for children. They will also enjoy working as part of an established team and the buzz of a lively, fun and fast moving school office environment.

Although both positions require someone who is organised and proactive with confident computer skills, the Registrar’s position demands particularly strong verbal and written communication skills whereas the Bookkeeper will be especially meticulous, able to work independently and comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets. Holidays of about eight weeks are possible for both vacancies.

Further details for the vacancies can be found in their respective job description and person specification (see the links below). Candidates interested in applying should download the application form at the bottom of this webpage, opening it with Adobe to avoid potential file saving issues, and email the completed form to vacancies@hernehillschool.co.uk. The original closing date of 24 February has been extended to end of day Sunday 10 March 2019 to coincide with the publication of vacancy advertisements at the end of February.
